Thousand Sons: Rubric Marines

Dust, Sorcery, and Relentless Fire.

The Rubric Marines are the tragic, haunting core of the Thousand Sons. Once proud sorcerers of Prospero, they were reduced to sentient dust trapped within their ornate power armor by the Rubric of Ahriman. Now, they are soulless automatons, marching in eerie silence under the command of an aspiring Sorcerer, firing bolts of iridescent warp-fire that melt through the strongest armor like it was wax.

Why They are Arcane Masters

  • Lethal AP (Armor Penetration): Their signature Inferno Boltgun is one of the best basic weapons in the game. With high AP, they make even the toughest Space Marine armor look like cardboard.

  • Warpflame Destruction: You can equip the entire squad with Warpflamers. These "torrent" weapons ignore cover and automatically hit, making Rubric Marines the ultimate masters of clearing objectives and punishing chargers.

  • Cabalistic Rituals: Every unit of Rubric Marines contributes Cabal Points to your army. These points allow you to perform powerful "Cabalistic Rituals," such as moving twice, stripping enemy armor saves, or dealing automatic mortal wounds.

  • Bringers of Change: The Aspiring Sorcerer leading the squad is a powerful psyker in his own right, able to blast enemies with Smite or guide the squad's fire with supernatural precision.

What’s Inside the Box?

This multi-part plastic kit contains 156 components to build 10 Rubric Marines:

  • The Icon of Flame: Includes the parts to add an Icon of Flame to the squad, which helps generate more Cabal Points for your rituals.

  • The Heavy Weapon: Includes one Soulreaper Cannon, a massive rotary gun that shreds infantry with high-volume, high-strength fire.

  • Armory of Prospero: 10 Inferno Boltguns and 10 Warpflamers, allowing you to specialize the squad however you see fit.

  • The Sorcerer: Specific components to build an Aspiring Sorcerer, including a choice of force staves and warp-infused pistols.

  • Bases: 10x Citadel 32mm Round Bases.
